Which version of Next.js does it use?
Next.js 16 with the App Router, React 19 and TypeScript. Every page is a route, and components are server components unless they need state.
Do I need a server to host it?
No. It builds to plain files, so any web host can serve it. When your app needs an API or server rendering later, you can turn those on like in any Next.js app.
Does it look the same as the other AdminKit versions?
Yes. AdminKit also comes as plain HTML and as React, and all three have the same pages, layouts and themes, free and PRO.
Should I pick the React version instead?
Pick React for a client-side app with Vite and React Router. Pick Next.js when your app runs on the App Router or you want server components.
